Laser Welding is a very clean and accurate process for joining multiple pieces together. It is a reliable, consistent, and cost-effective process for joining thin-walled components, as well as solid machined components together.
RTD can finish the welded components including blasting for surface consistency, Ultrasonic Washing to ensure the highest level of cleanliness, Citric Passivation for corrosion protection, and Laser Marking for product identification and traceability.
